- Proof of your qualifications, the job offer, and any other required supporting materials like a criminal background check and health insurance.

Application Submission for Work and Residence Visa
- Apply for your long-stay work and residence visa at the Spanish consulate in your home country. This application will include forms, biometric data, and all supporting documents.
- The key documents generally include your collaboration agreement, profile, qualifications, and proof of income, proof of address and health insurance.

Visa Approval and Entry to Spain
After visa approval, you will receive a residence visa valid for up to 1 year. Upon arrival in Spain, you need to register with the Foreigners Office (Extranjería) to obtain your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero), which is the Spanish foreigner’s Residency Identification Card.

You will receive your TIE card after your arrival and registration. This card confirms your legal status as a resident in Spain and is typically valid for two years.
